The Everest Porto Alegre has a complete structure for business, conventions and events: auditorium, meeting rooms, and teaching rooms. The Hotel also offers its clients a highly qualified and efficient team for support during the organization of events.

Business center
Located on the 9 th floor, the Business center was designed to host from small business meetings to conventions and executive seminars. It offers the guests modern and fully equipped installments


Rooms
All five room options, both small and medium sizes, can be configured in different versions as for the capacity and disposal of furniture, according to the necessities of the event.
These different configurations allow the rooms to be used as auditoriums, executive rooms, meeting rooms and teaching rooms, each one of them capable of receiving all equipment and resources necessary for the respective occasion.

Halls
Both Everest Porto Alegre’s hall offer an ample and pleasant ambient, with the required sobriety and fineness for big professional events: conventions, symposiums, seminars, expositions, courses and meetings.

The halls can be fully equipped with: flip chart, audiovisual equipment, simultaneous microphones, copy machine, pulpit for the lecturer, slide projector, overhead projector, black board and frames.
